The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  Please be advised that per Civil Code, on behalf of the association, Professional Services provides association documents to homeowners/sellers.  As such, the intended recipients of HOA documents are for current homeowners.  As a general policy, Professional Association Services do not provide documentation or information directly to potential Buyers or their agents.  This policy is meant to respect the special purchase contract relationship between homeowners (sellers) and buyers.  The two notable exceptions to this policy are Demands to Title, as these are documents that provide closing instructions to escrow, and HOA Certifications to Lenders, for the purposes of informed lending or refinancing.

  In ordering documents through this website, you acknowledge and confirm that you are authorized by the homeowner to order and/or receive association information and documentation.  You will not use provided documents outside of their intended use.

• This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Professional Association Services, Inc. "PAS" and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if PAS believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of PAS and its subsidiaries.

  Privacy Policy

  How We Collect and Use Personal Information - Unless you explicitly provide us with your personally identifiable information (e.g. user name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number, etc.) we do not obtain information that individually identifies you when you visit our site.

  We do not disclose, sell, share, or trade personally identifiable information that you submit to us to others outside of PAS, except as required by law.

  Any personally identifiable information that we request is for our own use in communicating or transacting business with you.

  We will release personal information about you, if necessary, in order to comply with valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order.

  The information that PAS automatically gathers, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its areas, is used only in the aggregate. This collective data helps us determine how much our visitors use parts of the site, so that we can improve our site to assure that it is as appealing as we can make it for as many of you as possible.

  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from visitors 13 years or younger. To protect the interests of children, no personal information will be requested on our website from children 13 years of age or younger.

  Changes in Privacy Policy - If we change our online privacy policy, we will post those changes prominently in our privacy policy statement so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.   Shipping & Delivery

  PAS ships documents to locations within the United States.  The risk of loss for all documents ordered on this Website pass to you when the documents are delivered to the shipping carrier.

  Payment and Return Policy

  You may purchase documents from this Website by using any one of the payment options listed in "Payment Options".  PAS reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.  

  Refunds are available if we have not produced the document or package of documents.  Once the document or document package has been produced there is no refund.

  Financial statement review

  Regular assessment

  Special assessment

  Emergency assessment

  Other unpaid obligations of seller

  Approved changes to assessments

  Settlement notice regarding common area defects

  Preliminary list of defects

  Notice(s) of violation

  Required statement of fees

  Minutes of regular board meetings conducted over the previous 12 months, if requested

   Please be advised that the association is permitted to collect reasonable fees for providing these documents.
